Terms of Service

2. License and Usage

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the visual workflow builder and orchestrator to configure, deploy, and monitor AI agents in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform infrastructure.
• Deploy autonomous voice or chat agents for fraudulent, abusive, or harassing purposes.
• Exceed any resource quotas or rate limits configured for your organization.

3. Fair Use & API Quotas

Your usage of LLM models, STT, and TTS services is bound by organization quotas. OOUM AI Studio reserves the right to rate-limit or temporarily restrict access if your workflows trigger abnormal patterns or potential abuse.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and visual builder are provided "as is" and "as available". OOUM AI Studio does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI agents will always produce accurate or expected results.

5. Third-Party Integrations

OOUM AI Studio allows you to connect third-party services, including Google Calendar, to enable your AI agents to book, reschedule, and cancel appointments. By connecting such services you agree to comply with those providers' own terms of service and acceptable use policies. In particular:

• You must have the authority to grant OOUM AI Studio access to any Google account you connect, and you are responsible for ensuring that your end-customers have consented to calendar access on their behalf.
• You may not use Google Calendar integrations for spam, unsolicited outreach, or any purpose that violates Google's API Services User Data Policy.
• Revocation of third-party access is your responsibility and does not automatically terminate your OOUM AI Studio account.
