Welcome to the OOUM AI Studio documentation. Learn how to build, launch, and monitor smart voice and chat AI assistants for your applications.

The Dashboard /overview Page

When you log into OOUM AI Studio, the first page you see is your global Overview dashboard. It acts as the central command center for all your AI projects.

  • Insights: High-level statistics over a customizable timeframe (Today to All Time). View your Active Agents, Total Sessions, Avg. Session Duration, Completed Sessions, and a dynamic line chart tracking your Usage Minutes.
  • Agent Metrics: A summary of platform health including total Agents, Total Call Time, Estimated Cost, and a visual bar chart comparing completed vs. failed runs across your top 10 agents.
  • Agents Table: A detailed breakdown for every single agent workflow. Here you can track specific metrics per agent:
    • Flow: Displays the total number of connected nodes inside that specific agent's workflow.
    • Usage & Cost: Tracks exact run counts, failure rates, and the total estimated USD cost for that agent.
    • Transcripts: A visual indicator showing if text transcripts are available for the conversations.
    • Call Duration: Monitors the "Total time" spent talking across all sessions, and exactly how long the most recent "Last call" lasted.
